Fire Sale Deals Giveaway: Official Rules

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by Fire Sale Deals (firesaledeals.com) ("Sponsor"). Questions: deals@firesaledeals.com.

2. Who can enter

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 or older at the time of entry. The Sponsor and its immediate family and household members are not eligible.

3. Entry Period

The giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on November 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on November 30, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Entries completed outside the Entry Period don't count.

4. How to enter

Entering is free. To complete an entry during the Entry Period, you must: (a) enter your first name and email address at firesaledeals.com/giveaway; (b) confirm it by tapping the link in the email we send you; and (c) turn on Fire Sale Deals deal alert notifications on your device, in your web browser or in the free Fire Sale Deals app. Installing an app is not required. A completed entry earns 1 entry. Turning on alerts costs nothing.

Entries carry over: once you complete your entry, you are automatically entered in each later monthly giveaway, with no need to enter again, for as long as you stay subscribed to the Fire Sale Deals email list and keep deal alert notifications turned on on the device you entered with. Eligibility is checked before each drawing. If you unsubscribe or turn off alerts, you won't be included in drawings until you complete the steps again (for example, by turning alerts back on from the giveaway page). You may unsubscribe or turn off alerts at any time.

Bonus entries: after completing your entry you get a personal share link. You earn 3 bonus entries for each eligible friend who enters through your link and completes their own entry during the Entry Period (up to 50 friends). Bonus entries count only for the month in which the friend completes their entry and do not carry over. Sharing is optional.

Facebook group bonus: after completing your entry, you may claim 2 one-time bonus entries by joining the Fire Sale Deals Facebook group (members who joined before entering also qualify). This bonus can be claimed only once per person and carries over with your entry each month. It is based on your word: before awarding a prize, the Sponsor will check that the winner is a member of the group, and if not, the winner's Facebook bonus entries are void and the Sponsor may select a new winner from all eligible entries. Joining the group is optional and is not required to enter or win. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook.

Limit one entry per person, per email address and per device in each drawing (plus any bonus entries). Using multiple or disguised email addresses (for example, the same address with extra dots or "+" tags), fake accounts, scripts or bots to enter, or any other attempt to get extra entries, will void all of that person's entries. Entries are not linked to purchases: you do not need to click any product link or buy anything.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $50 Amazon.com Gift Card (approximate retail value: $50). The prize will be delivered electronically to the winner's email address. No substitution or cash equivalent, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Taxes, if any, are the winner's responsibility.

6. Winner selection and notification

Within 7 days after the Entry Period ends, the winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible completed entries, weighted by each person's number of entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified at the email address used to enter and must reply within 7 days, or an alternate winner may be selected. The Sponsor may verify eligibility before awarding the prize.

7. Privacy

By confirming your entry you join the Fire Sale Deals email list, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Information you provide is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. General

By entering, you agree to these rules and the Sponsor's decisions, which are final. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or undelivered entries or emails, or technical failures. The Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the giveaway if fraud or technical problems affect its fairness, and in that case may select the winner from eligible entries received before the problem. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Amazon, Walmart, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Apple or Google.

9. Winner announcement

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Sponsor may announce their first name and last initial (for example, "John D.") on the Sponsor's website, app notifications and social media, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. The winner's email address is never shared. To request the winner's first name and state, email deals@firesaledeals.com within 30 days after the Entry Period ends.
